Soft and Chewy Gingersnap Cookies



These Soft and Chewy Gingersnap Cookies are a delightful combination of warm spices and molasses. They have a soft interior and a slightly crispy exterior, making them the perfect treat for the holiday season or any time of the year.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions:

Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on baking sheets

Put the flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl and mix them together with a whisk

Put the softened butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar in a large bowl and mix them together until they are light and fluffy

Mix the molasses, egg, and vanilla extract into the butter

Combine well

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients one at a time

Don't mix any further than that

Make balls out of the dough about the size of a tablespoon

Cover all of the dough balls with the last 1/3 cup of granulated sugar

Spread the dough balls out on the baking sheets that have been prepared, leaving some space between them so that they can spread

Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still soft

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down

The cookies are ready to be eaten once they are completely cool

Cabernet Sauvignon Beef Stew



This hearty beef stew is infused with the rich flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon wine, making it a perfect pairing for a cozy night in. The tender beef and savory vegetables simmered in a robust broth create a comforting dish that's sure to warm you up.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg beef chuck, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 cup Cabernet Sauvignon wine
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can 400g diced tomatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat

Put in the beef cubes and brown them all over

Take it out of the pot and set it aside

Saut the onion and garlic in the same pot until they smell good

After you add the carrots and celery, cook for five more minutes

Pour in the Cabernet Sauvignon wine and scrape the pot's bottom to get rid of the fat

Put the beef back in the pot and add the onion, bay leaves, thyme, and beef broth

Add pepper and salt

Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook on low for two hours, stirring every now and then

Take out the bay leaves and serve the beef hot after it's soft

Delicious Roasted Beef Ribs - Genius Kitchen



Raise the level of your BBQ game with these tasty roasted beef ribs that have been marinated in a tasty mix of spices, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. These ribs are great for any outdoor gathering because they are perfectly grilled to get a smoky char.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs beef ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl

Whisk these ingredients together to make the marinade

Put the beef ribs in a big plastic bag that can be closed again and again, and pour the marinade over them

Close the bag and rub the marinade all over the ribs to make sure they are well covered

Put the mixture in the fridge for at least two hours, or better yet, overnight for the best results

Don't grill the ribs until they are at room temperature, so take them out of the fridge

The beef ribs should be cooked for about 15 to 20 minutes on each side, basting them with the rest of the marinade as they cook

Cook the ribs until they are done the way you like them and the outside has a nice char

Take the ribs off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes

Then cut them into pieces
