Softbatch Cookie Butter Brown Sugar Cookies



Indulge in the rich flavors of cookie butter and brown sugar with these soft batch cookies. The addition of white chocolate chips adds a delightful twist to this classic treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cookie butter spread
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, cookie butter spread, and brown sugar until well combined and creamy

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, and beat until smooth

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined

Fold in the white chocolate chips

Scoop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
