Ingredients:
- 1 small head of red cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 large apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, grated carrots, sliced apple, chopped parsley, sliced almonds, and sesame seeds
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper
Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until well combined
