Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of crispy bacon bits
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices for topping

Instructions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a slow cooker

Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken

Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork

Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir in the cheddar cheese and crispy bacon bits until well combined

Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot

Toast the hamburger buns in a toaster or oven until they are lightly browned

Place a generous amount of the crack chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun

Top with lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices

Place the top half of the bun on top to complete the burger

Serve hot and enjoy!
