Instructions:

Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat, shiny side down
Spread a thin layer of quinoa over the nori sheet, leaving a small border at the top
Arrange avocado and mango slices along the center of the quinoa
Carefully roll the sushi using the bamboo mat, sealing the edge with a bit of water
Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife
Repeat the process for the remaining nori sheets and ingredients
